Position: Sales Manager

Location: P3, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Responsibilities
Manage and lead the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales.
Handle residential and commercial real estate projects and maintain strong project knowledge.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure effective lead conversion.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and daily activities.
Train, motivate, and guide sales executives to improve productivity.
Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Channel Partner experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the Greater Noida / Noida real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong team handling and leadership abilities
Good client relationship management skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager who can lead a team, generate business, handle clients, and drive sales for a growing Real Estate Channel Partner firm.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
