Job Title: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Record production data and prepare daily production reports.
- Support machine setup, operation monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Participate in root cause analysis for production issues and quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on the shop floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
