About the Role
We are looking for a proactive System Support Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and provide technical support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
● Install and maintain systems, printers, servers, and network devices.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
● Manage user accounts, system access, and security updates.
● Monitor backups, antivirus, and overall system performance.
● Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, CCTV, biometric devices, and office IT equipment.
● Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications
● Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
● Experience in hardware troubleshooting and technical support.
● Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall basics.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
