Inside Sales Team Leader
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: ₹50,000–75,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Inside Sales Manager to build and scale our inside sales function from the ground up. This is a true 0-to-1 role where the initial focus will be hands-on sales execution, lead conversion, and process creation before building and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive inside sales revenue targets.
Handle inbound and outbound leads personally during the initial phase.
Build sales processes, scripts, CRM workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
Recruit, train, and lead the inside sales team.
Monitor conversion metrics and optimize the sales funnel.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
Coach team members and drive a high-performance sales culture.
Ensure timely follow-ups and strong lead management practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in Inside Sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Prior team management or sales leadership experience preferred.
Healthcare, aesthetics, or healthcare services sales experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and building functions from scratch.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, closing deals personally, building teams, and scaling sales operations from the ground up.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
