We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers who are passionate about machine design and eager to build their careers in the Special Purpose Machine (SPM) and Industrial Automation industry. The candidate will receive hands-on training in mechanical design, 3D modeling, and manufacturing drawings while working with experienced design engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Fixtures, and Jigs.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Learn machine design concepts, standards, and manufacturing practices.
- Assist in selecting standard mechanical components.
- Coordinate with production, assembly, and project teams.
- Support design modifications based on project requirements.
- Maintain design documentation and revision records.
- Participate in machine assembly and testing activities whenever required.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of Engineering Drawing.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Design and Manufacturing Processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Basic understanding of Pneumatics and Mechanical Components.
- Interest in SPM and Industrial Automation.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship or academic projects in SolidWorks or machine design will have an added advantage.
