Job Description: Electrical Supervisor – High-Rise Residential Construction
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and applicable electrical codes.
- Monitor and oversee the installation of conduits, cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, subcontractors, tools, and materials to achieve project milestones while maintaining productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and approved method statements, minimizing rework and defects.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements by ensuring safe work practices, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve site coordination issues.
- Monitor material consumption, verify deliveries against approved specifications, and report material requirements to avoid work interruptions.
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities, including insulation resistance, continuity, earthing, lighting, and functional tests, ensuring system readiness for handover.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, test reports, and snag lists, and support the preparation of as-built documentation and project handover records.
- Assist the MEP Manager/Project Manager in achieving project objectives related to safety, quality, cost, and timely completion while ensuring compliance with client and consultant requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
