Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through various channels (calls, references, site visits, etc.)
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details clearly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion
- Maintain proper documentation and update sales records
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial properties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of local property market trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
