1. Medical Triage & Advice: Speak with qualified paramedics and doctors who can offer first aid, symptom assessment, and guidance on minor ailments.
2. Psychological support for stress, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.
3. Healthcare Directory: Get information regarding nearby hospitals, testing centres, maternal and child health programs, and government health schemes
4. Grievance Redressal: A platform to lodge official complaints or provide feedback regarding public health facilities and medical services. Position: Registration Officer
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated ECD Counsellor to join our team at the 104 Centre. The candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic counselling and guidance to beneficiaries, including pregnant women (ANC) and children, by making outbound calls and sharing accurate health-related information. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Marathi and a caring, empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with beneficiaries in Marathi.
- Make outbound calls to pregnant women (ANC) and beneficiaries related to child health.
- Provide counselling and health-related guidance as per beneficiary requirements and approved protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of beneficiary interactions and update the system regularly.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to monitor beneficiary health status and ensure continuity of care.
- Share information regarding maternal and child healthcare services, government health programmes, and preventive care.
- Escalate complex medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling beneficiary information.
- Meet daily call quality and productivity targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) / ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife).
Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of maternal and child healthcare.
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and patience.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Salary
₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
