Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The role requires a customer-first mindset, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance
- Welcome customers warmly and make them feel comfortable in the store.
- Show customers around the store and assist them in locating products.
- Provide basic product information and direct customers to senior team members when required.
- Ensure every customer has a pleasant and positive in-store experience.
Store Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall housekeeping of the store.
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and the store remains organized throughout the day.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other service vendors to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with store opening and closing activities as assigned.
Inventory & Records
- Maintain inventory records and update stock trackers accurately.
- Assist in stock counting and report low stock or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Ensure products are stored properly and displayed correctly.
Administrative Support
- Update daily sales, customer, and inventory trackers as instructed.
- Maintain basic store documentation and records.
- Support the store team with routine operational tasks.
Team Support
- Work closely with the Store Manager and senior sales team.
- Assist during promotions, events, and busy sales periods.
- Follow company policies, processes, and store guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, furniture, or luxury retail.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software, MS Excel).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
