Key Performance Requirements:
- Timely submission of monthly RA Bills
- Maximum possible bill value without missing eligible quantities
- Accurate measurements with minimum billing errors
- Fast closure of client billing observations
- Timely certification of submitted bills
- Effective tracking of variations & extra items
- Proper documentation & audit compliance
- Continuous follow-up for certification & payment release
