Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through Agency / Direct / Banca channel
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
- Coordinate with branch team and channel partners
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in target-driven environment
- Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Sales preferred (Freshers with strong interest can also apply)
