About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Academic Counselor to guide and assist students in choosing the right creative courses offered by Illo Learning Hub. The counselor will communicate with prospective students, explain course details, and help them complete the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable course
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain proper communication records with interested students
- Coordinate with the admissions team when required
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of online communication tools (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Interest in education or creative media courses
- Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets
