Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Expert with strong experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations including listings, PO management, promotions, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Handle PO (Purchase Order) generation & processing
- Ensure smooth order processing, inventory sync, and dispatch coordination
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance

Catalog & Listings Management
- Create and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, keywords, backend search terms)
- Manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content
- Coordinate for images, creatives, and catalog hygiene
- Ensure proper category mapping and attribute completion

Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute:
- Coupons
- Deals (Lightning Deals, Best Deals, etc.)
- Promotional campaigns
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads (PPC) campaigns
- Work on keyword research and SEO for better visibility

Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs
- Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners
- Manage FBA/FBF/Smart Fulfillment (if applicable)

Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI
- Generate weekly/monthly reports
- Identify growth opportunities and suggest actionable strategies

- Monitor ratings & reviews
- Handle escalations and improve seller ratings
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart dashboards
- Good understanding of marketplace algorithms & SEO
- Experience with deals, coupons & promotional planning
- Knowledge of inventory planning & order lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Pay: ₹342,216.28 - ₹1,561,183.71 per year
