Position: Senior Interior Designer – Design & Execution Lead
Location: Noida / NCR
Experience: 6–10 years
Role Objective
To independently handle design development, working drawings, vendor coordination, and site execution, while helping the firm build strong systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Conduct site visits & progress reviews
- Create and follow standard formats for drawings, reporting, and execution
- Reduce dependency on the principal designer through ownership
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of working drawings & execution detailing
- Practical understanding of materials, finishes & costing
- Ability to manage multiple sites independently
- Organized, process-oriented mindset
- Good communication & decision-making skills
Preferred Profile
- Someone who has worked in a design + execution firm
- Comfortable creating systems, checklists & SOPs
- Long-term mindset (not a short-term job hopper)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
