Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements
- Present company services/products and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with design/operations teams for project execution
- Update CRM or maintain records of leads and sales activities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- 1–4 years of sales experience (industry-specific if required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior design / construction / real estate sales
- Strong local network and lead generation capability
- Understanding of project-based sales
- Digital lead handling (Facebook, Instagram, website inquiries, etc.)

Location: Delhi NCR (Field Work)
Salary: 20,000-30,000 or Negotiable depending on knowledge
Fixed + Incentives (performance-based)
