About the Role
As a Dance Instructor, you will:
- Conduct engaging and structured dance classes for students of different age groups.
- Create a positive, fun, and motivating learning environment.
- Choreograph routines for performances, competitions, and studio showcases.
- Help students improve technique, musicality, and stage presence.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the studio team for events, workshops, and special programs.
- Represent the studio’s values of creativity, discipline, and community.
Dance Styles We Welcome
We are open to instructors specializing in one or more of the following styles:
- Freestyle
- Hip Hop
- Contemporary
- Semi-Classical
- Kathak
- Bollywood
- Zumba
Instructors from other dance styles are also encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong dance skills and performance experience.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and building confidence through dance.
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
