Mavyn is redefining the rules in the way road transportation has traditionally worked in India for the last 50 years. Our aim is to provide a simple and transparent model of cargo transportation while offering a strong value proposition to both truckers & shippers.
Job Profile
This is an opportunity to work in digital trucking environment and drive growth through developing channel partners and on-boarding truckers to our digital platform. This person will work closely with Co-founders of the company and ensure trucks supply to meet demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and add aggregators to become Mavyn Truckers Partners (TP).
To add Truckers on Mavyn platform to do business.
Monitoring of freight rates for designated market on continuous basis.
Fleet managing and scheduling.
Resolving Trucker, Driver and operational issues.
Ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
Responsible for resolution of all crisis management related in -transit problems.
Coordinate with sales team for hassle-free pickup & delivery of shipments.
Desired Candidates:
Graduate with experience 0-2 years.
Should be able to take ownership and multitasker.
Proven negotiation and communication skills. Haryanvi a plus point.
Preferred: Experience of working in FMCG sector.
