We are looking for a results-driven AI Product Manager to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from initial discovery to deployment—ensuring customer needs, business objectives, AI capabilities, and engineering execution remain aligned. The ideal candidate manages every client engagement like a product rather than just a project, focusing on generating measurable business outcomes, maximizing customer value, and creating reusable solutions. Key Responsibilities * Product Ownership & Strategy: Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch. Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals. * AI Solutions & Workflows: Identify high-impact AI use cases, intelligent automation, copilots, and AI agents. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver practical AI capabilities using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and MCP. * Product-Led Delivery: Shift client discussions from simple feature requests to long-term business outcomes. Identify opportunities to convert custom solutions into reusable product assets. * Customer Discovery & Requirements: Conduct structured discovery workshops with stakeholders to unpack user personas, pain points, and workflows. Translate complex ideas into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and actionable specifications. * Delivery Leadership & Backlog Management: Direct sprint planning, release schedules, and product backlogs. Work closely with engineering, architecture, design, and QA teams to clear blockers and maintain high quality. * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between client executives, business units, and internal execution teams. Communicate progress, manage expectations, and facilitate data-driven decisions. * Analytics & Optimization: Track product KPIs, user adoption, and delivery efficiency. Gather market data and user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize product features. Qualifications & Requirements Required Work Experience * 6 to 12 years of overall experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Delivery. * Proven track record of delivering enterprise software, SaaS, or data-driven digital products. * Experience working with global clients, remote teams, and distributed stakeholders. * Hands-on experience leading products end-to-end using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Core Skills & Knowledge * Product Management: Product Discovery, Roadmapping, PRD Writing, Feature Prioritization, Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, and MVP Definition. * AI Expertise: Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, and AI product lifecycle considerations. * Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, web/mobile applications, and SDLC (coding skills not required, but technical communication is essential).
