We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to manage all financial aspects of the company, focusing on budgeting, financial planning, and securing project funding and to ensure the financial health of the company and support the successful completion of real estate development projects. He/she will be responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, and Taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning:
o Create and manage the company’s budgets.
o Forecast financial needs for upcoming projects.
o Advise the Management on financial decisions.
Financial Reporting:
o Prepare financial statements and reports.
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
o Keep accurate records of all financial transactions.
Project Financing:
o Secure funding for real estate development projects.
o Manage relationships with banks and investors.
o Oversee loan repayments and cash flow.
Cash Flow Management:
o Monitor company cash flow to ensure funds are available for operations and projects.
o Optimize spending to maintain financial stability.
Team Management:
o Lead and support accounts team.
o Ensure the team meets financial goals and deadlines.
Taxation Management:
o Oversee all tax-related activities, including GST and TDS compliance.
o Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
o Stay updated on tax laws and regulations affecting the company.
o Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce tax liability.
Mutual Fund Management:
o Manage the company’s investments in mutual funds.
o Analyze and select appropriate mutual fund options that align with the company’s financial goals.
o Monitor the performance of mutual fund investments and adjust the portfolio as needed.
o Ensure liquidity needs are balanced with long-term investment goals.
Risk Management:
o Identify potential financial risks and find ways to reduce them.
o Ensure the company follows all financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Experience:
o At least 10 years of experience in finance. Candidates with Real estate experience will be given preference.
· Skills:
o Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
o Experience in securing project funding.
o Good leadership and communication abilities.
