Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering basic letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and values through storytelling, art, music, and interactive play.
- Classroom Management: Establish daily routines and positive behavioral rules to create a secure, orderly, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Student Assessment: Observe and evaluate children's cognitive, emotional, and physical progress, keeping detailed records of their growth.
- Parent Communication: Partner with families by sharing daily updates, progress reports, and addressing any behavioral or developmental needs.
- Health and Safety: Supervise children at all times and adhere strictly to school hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a relevant teaching certification/credential.
- Interpersonal Skills: High levels of patience, empathy, energy, and a compassionate attitude toward young learners.
- Instructional Competence: Knowledge of early childhood development principles and creative, play-based teaching methodologies.
- Certifications: Standard First Aid and CPR certification are frequently preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
