Our focus is on building a reliable network of verified travel partners and simplifying trip discovery for modern travellers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partner Onboarding & Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding travel partners onto the CompareTrips platform. This is a target-driven role that combines sales, communication, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to travel operators (primarily via Instagram, calls, WhatsApp, zoom)
Present and explain the CompareTrips platform to potential partners
Onboard new travel partners and guide them through the onboarding process
Collect and verify trip details (pricing, itineraries, departure dates, inclusions)
Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners
Ensure partners regularly update trip information
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and onboarding status
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, or related field preferred)
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data entry/tracking, Word for documentation)
Comfortable using video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet for partner discussions
Ability to conduct simple online demos/presentations to explain the platform to partners
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic internet tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations
Basic understanding of Instagram and digital platforms
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a startup environment
Ability to work from the office full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
