We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail sales team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting girls' dresses and garments, understanding their preferences, and delivering an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers visiting the office.
* Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable girls' dresses and garments.
* Display and explain product samples, designs, fabrics, sizes, colors, and pricing.
* Provide styling and product suggestions based on customer needs.
* Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and ensure a positive experience.
* Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
* Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.
* Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
## Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in retail garment or fashion sales.
* Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate products.
* Basic knowledge of retail sales, billing, and stock handling is an added advantage.
* Friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
