Role Overview
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the couture store while ensuring a seamless luxury retail experience for clients. The role requires strong people management skills, inventory oversight, client servicing excellence, and operational discipline aligned with premium fashion retail standards.
The incumbent will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring impeccable store presentation, coordinating with designers/tailoring teams, and maintaining high customer engagement standards for HNI and bridal clientele.

Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the boutique/store.
Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized client engagement.
Sales Management
Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through effective conversion and relationship management.
Team Supervision
Supervise store staff, stylists, sales associates, and support personnel.
Inventory Management
Maintain stock accuracy, inventory records, inward/outward movement, and merchandise availability.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure store displays, mannequins, and merchandise presentation reflect brand aesthetics.
Billing & Documentation
Coordinate billing, order tracking, alterations, delivery schedules, and client documentation.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with bridal and couture clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Coordination
Liaise with production, tailoring, warehouse, and design teams for timely deliveries and alterations.
Store Hygiene & Ambience
Ensure the boutique maintains premium standards of cleanliness, ambience, and presentation.
Reporting
Prepare daily sales reports, inventory reports, customer feedback reports, and operational MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from luxury fashion brands, designer boutiques, premium ethnic wear brands, or couture houses preferred
- Experience in bridal couture or occasion wear retail will be an advantage
- Candidates with exposure to premium customer servicing standards highly preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
