We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the formwork and construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Note: Candidates with experience in the Construction Industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Promote and market formwork solutions to contractors, builders, developers, and project consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Construction, Formwork, Scaffolding, Building Materials, or Infrastructure industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand construction drawings and formwork requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
