Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager
Location: Jodhpur / Udaipur (North Zone)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (flexible based on experience and last drawn salary)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals from the bakery industry to drive business growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing primary and secondary sales while developing strong relationships with distributors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely reporting and coordination with internal teams
Territory Coverage:
Udaipur, Pali, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Shriganganagar, Suratgarh, Hanumangarh, Barmer, Nagaur, Jaisalmer
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be from the bakery industry only
- Proven experience in sales (FMCG/Bakery preferred)
- Good understanding of primary & secondary sales
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for field work
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- No major career gaps or stability issues
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates should be informed about the territory/area before profile submission
- Recruiters must share the company website, brochure, and territory details with candidates before submitting resumes
- For South & West zone roles (if applicable), English communication is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
