We are looking for an experienced Senior Advocate specializing in Land Litigation to manage complex property and land-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in civil litigation, land acquisition, title disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle land litigation matters before civil courts, tribunals, and other judicial authorities.
- Draft, review, and vet legal notices, pleadings, petitions, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Represent the organization in land acquisition, title disputes, encroachment, and property-related cases.
- Conduct due diligence and title verification for land transactions.
- Coordinate with government authorities, revenue departments, and external legal counsels.
- Provide strategic legal advice on real estate, land laws, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land, property, and revenue laws.
- Maintain case records, legal documentation, and litigation updates.
Requirements
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with a valid Bar Council enrollment.
- 8–15 years of experience in land litigation and property law.
- Strong knowledge of land revenue laws, property laws, RERA, and civil litigation procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Experience in title due diligence and handling high-value land disputes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
