Mall Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Paras Pearls Mall, Sector 12, Avas Vikas, Agra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities within the mall.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and inspections.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained throughout the mall.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and facility management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
