We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Datacube Softech's IT services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Explain company services including website development, mobile apps, software development, ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for client requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
