The Chess Coach will be responsible for teaching Chess as part of the CBSE curriculum to students from Grade 3 to Grade 8. The candidate should be passionate about chess education, capable of engaging students of varying skill levels, and committed to fostering critical thinking, concentration, and strategic decision-making skills through structured chess instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Chess classes for students from Grade 3 to Grade 8 as per the school's academic schedule.
- Deliver lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Prepare and implement effective lesson plans and instructional strategies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Conduct lesson observations and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Organize and support inter-house, inter-school, and external chess competitions and tournaments.
- Encourage students to participate in chess-related activities and events.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents regarding student development when required.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and academic initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification or recognized training in Chess Coaching is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching chess in schools, academies, or clubs will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
