Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for end-to-end marketing and business development of GrowMo360’s service portfolio. This is a pure sales and client acquisition role. The incumbent will generate leads, build relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, SMEs, corporates, founders and promoters, conduct meetings and presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive complete business development and marketing activities for all company service verticals.
· Identify, qualify and acquire new HNI, UHNI, SME, Corporate and Institutional clients.
· Generate business through networking, referrals, strategic alliances, events and direct outreach.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and proposal discussions.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Coordinate with internal advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
· Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
· Track market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare periodic MIS, sales forecasts and business development reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of Business Development/Sales experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, NBFCs, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Strong corporate and HNI client acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred; Commerce/Finance graduates may also apply.
- NISM/AMFI/CFP certifications are an added advantage.
