Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cameraman cum Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production for Aeden — from shooting on location and in-studio to editing, colour grading, and delivering polished final content. The role requires strong technical command of camera work and post-production tools, including After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
This is a hands-on creative-technical role for someone who can both capture high-quality footage and transform it into engaging final output.
Key Responsibilities
Videography / Camera Work
- Shoot high-quality video for product content, brand films, reels, campaigns, and promotional material.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Frame, compose, and capture footage in line with the creative brief.
- Maintain, handle, and manage camera and production equipment.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into finished short-form and long-form video content.
- Perform colour correction and grading using DaVinci Resolve.
- Create motion graphics, visual effects, titles, and animations using After Effects.
- Sync audio, add music, and ensure clean, professional final output.
- Manage file organization, backups, and delivery in required formats for each platform.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with the marketing/social team on concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality and brand style across content.
- Suggest creative and technical improvements to production output.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cameraman/videographer and video editor (2+ years preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with DaVinci Resolve (editing and colour grading).
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Good sense of composition, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
Added advantages:
- A portfolio, showreel, or demo reel demonstrating shooting and editing work.
- Experience with short-form/social content (reels, shorts).
- Photography or drone operation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
