Job Overview:
The Senior Executive – MIS & Data Analytics is responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, managing data accuracy, and supporting analytics for operations, campaigns, and finance. The role requires strong Advanced Excel skills and an eye for detail to ensure reliable, timely reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
MIS Preparation & Maintenance
- Prepare, update, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting sheets and trackers.
- Build and refine dashboards and templates as required.
Data Support & Analysis
- Compile and validate operational and campaign data from multiple sources.
- Support analysis and ad-hoc reporting requests from management.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and clean data inputs.
Specifications:
- Education Level: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, or related field
- Skill: Advanced Excel, dashboarding, data management, Power BI / SQL an advantage
- Communication: Good communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Job Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in MIS / data reporting roles.
