Job Title: Store Manager – Jewellery LFS
Reports to: Area Business Manager – Retail
Objective:
Lead store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction to achieve business targets in line with the overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets

Manage store operations, staffing, stock, and compliance

Execute marketing plans, promotions, and customer engagement activities

Monitor and optimize inventory and product mix

Ensure smooth rollout of schemes and new initiatives

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively

Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff

Foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and employee engagement
Requirements:

Graduate with 7–12 years in retail (4–5 years in a similar role)

Strong leadership, customer focus, and team management skills

Knowledge of sales operations, stock control, and stakeholder management
