Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and staffing needs
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes
- Assist in payroll coordination and timesheet verification
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures
- Address employee queries and support employee relations activities
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee databases
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources / MHRM
Experience:2-5 Years
Salary:20,000-35,000
