Job Description
Digital Teenz is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to promote our Web Development and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling or sales and be able to communicate effectively with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain our Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Branding services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update call reports.
- Build positive relationships with clients and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Good knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and follow up professionally.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
