Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT infrastructure, CRM systems, Microsoft 365 environment, networking operations, and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, Network, and server environment.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including:
- Oversee CRM administration, implementation, customization, user management, and integration with business processes.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with software development vendors and internal stakeholders for application enhancements and new technology initiatives.
- Plan and manage IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, security implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor network performance routers, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets, software licensing, vendor relationships, and annual IT audits.
- Support business teams with technology solutions and process automation initiatives.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
✔ Experience managing CRM platforms and user adoption.
✔ Knowledge of networking technologies, Cloud solutions.
✔ Experience leading IT teams and handling multiple projects.
✔ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
