About the Role
SRV Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Unit HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and other hiring vendors.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and offer coordination.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Monitor manpower requirements and provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare, Hospital, or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
