We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in client relationship management and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Support the team in achieving business development targets.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related fields).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
