Job Summary
Bizfoc Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Compliance Executive (ROC & Licensing) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in corporate compliance, ROC filings, GST registrations, and business licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST Registration, amendments, and cancellation processes.
- Prepare and file ROC forms such as ADT-1 and other routine MCA compliances.
- Assist in obtaining and managing various business registrations and licenses.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for required documents and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities.
- Stay updated with changes in MCA, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of MCA/ROC compliance and GST registration is preferred.
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
