Job Purpose
To ensure excellent customer satisfaction by managing customer interactions, service follow-ups, complaint resolution, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers of BGS Honda dealershipHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Schedule service appointments and send service reminders.
- Conduct post-service and post-sales feedback calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM software regularly.
- Inform customers about service campaigns, offers, and new products.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
