Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Attendance and leave management.
- Payroll coordination and employee records maintenance.
- Employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Maintaining HR documentation and personnel files.
- Coordination with departments for manpower planning.
- Support in statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and labor-related documentation.
- Office administration and general HR operations.
- Preparing HR reports using Excel.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
