Job Summary
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage and support execution of solar power and EV charging station projects. The role involves coordination with clients, vendors, site teams, and authorities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of solar rooftop, ground-mounted, and EV charging station projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates
- Support procurement and material planning
- Maintain BOQ, reports, permits, and handover documentation
- Assist in cost tracking and billing coordination
- Resolve day-to-day project issues and delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electrical / Renewable Energy or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in solar, electrical, or infrastructure projects
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and EV charging infrastructure
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools
- Knowledge of local approvals (DISCOM, net metering, etc.) preferred
- Willingness to travel to sites
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop solar or EV charger installation projects
- Familiarity with government approvals in Maharashtra
- Vendor and contractor coordination experience
