Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our bidding process by tracking projects, handling follow-ups, and helping move opportunities forward. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in construction estimating or coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1 Maintain and update bid pipeline tracker 2 Track all submitted proposals and their status 3 Send follow-up emails to General Contractors 4 Gather feedback on pricing and project timelines 5 Help identify if bids are competitive or not 6 Update pipeline stages (Submitted, Under Review, etc.) 7 Assist in organizing project files and documentation Client Communication: 1 Send short and clear follow-up emails (2–3 lines) 2 Ask key questions like: Where did our number land? When is the project starting? 3 Ensure consistent communication with clients Requirements: 1 1–2 years experience in construction / estimating / coordination 2 Basic understanding of bidding process (US/Canada is a plus) 3 Good written English (email communication) 4 Organized and detail-oriented 5 Able to handle multiple projects Bonus Skills: 1 Experience with demolition / roofing / siding projects 2 Familiar with Excel or tracking tool
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
