In our APAC IT organization, we are looking for a motivated MDM engineer who will be technically spearheading the MDM and JAMF infrastructure.
You will join the WW IT Working Environment team which is responsible for managing MDM, JAMF infrastructure and topic around it. You will manage the integration of third-party companies in the context of acquisitions. You will participate in the definition and deployment of security best practices. You will have the opportunity to implement new products to better facilitate the business and integrate with MDM infrastructure.
As part of an international team of about 5 people, you will work in collaboration with global teammates in Vélizy, France, San Diego, Boston, Netherlands, and Pune. As a global service provider, you will work with the central and local IT teams and R&D organizations across all of Dassault Systèmes sites.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise mobility ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/UEM) platforms (e.g. Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar), along with strong knowledge of iOS, macOS, Android, and enterprise mobility security practices. This role is responsible for device lifecycle management, policy administration, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and end-user support across a global environment.

Administer and maintain Ivanti Neurons for MDM and JAMF Pro environments.

Manage enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle of corporate-owned and BYOD devices.

Design, deploy, and maintain device compliance policies, security baselines, and configuration profiles.

Deploy and manage applications through Apple Business Manager, Google Play Managed Store, and enterprise app catalogs.

Manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro, including policies, scripts, package deployments, and compliance controls.

Implement and support Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Volume Purchase Program (VPP) etc.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, certificate, Wi-Fi, VPN, and email configuration issues.

Integrate mobility platforms with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, and SSO solutions.

Monitor device compliance and generate reports for security, audit, and operational requirements.

Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Engineering teams to ensure secure mobility operations.

Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in mobility-related projects, migrations, testing, and implementation activities.
