We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor – Civil Construction (Interior Works) to oversee and manage on-site construction and interior fit-out activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines, while maintaining high quality, safety standards, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management & Execution
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for civil construction and interior works.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Quality & Safety Control
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
- Identify and rectify defects or deviations immediately.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and proper usage on site.
- Maintain smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress logs, and attendance records.
- Update project management team on progress, delays, or issues.
- Assist in preparation of bills and verification of subcontractor work.
- Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in scheduling activities to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project timelines and suggest corrective measures in case of delays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,924.59 per month
