Job Role: Cake shop assistance.
Location: Agarpara 16bt road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the decoration, packaging, and display of cakes and bakery products.
- Take customer orders in-store, over the phone, or through online platforms.
- Help customers select cakes, flavours, sizes, and designs based on their requirements.
- Ensure cakes and other products are properly packed and handed over to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, display area, and workstations.
- Arrange and replenish cakes, pastries, and other bakery items in the display counter.
- Handle billing and cash/online payments when required.
- Check product freshness, stock levels, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with the baker/kitchen team regarding customer orders and special requirements.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Support the team with general shop operations as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
