As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will support the delivery of the company’s compensation and variable pay programmes by carrying out benchmarking activities, maintaining salary ranges and job data, supporting equal pay analysis, and administering annual pay review and sales incentive processes. The role focuses on accurate execution, data integrity, and consistent application of established reward frameworks and guidelines across multiple countries.

Salary Benchmarking & Pay Data Maintenance
Equal Pay & Pay Transparency Support
Annual Pay Review Administration
Support the delivery of annual pay review cycles through data preparation, calculations, validations, and quality checks.
Sales Incentive & Variable Pay Administration
Process & Automation Support
Functional Competencies (Technical Knowledge / Skills)
2-4 years knowledge of compensation principles including salary benchmarking, salary ranges, job grading, and incentive administration.
Experience, Education, and Certifications
2-4 years' experience in compensation, pay administration, or reward operations.
Experience supporting benchmarking, pay reviews, or incentive processes.
