\u2022 Provide support for complex issues in Azure and Windows Server environments.
\u2022 Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of Azure services and Windows Servers.
\u2022 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (e.g., 2012/2016/2019/2022).
\u2022 3+ years of experience supporting a medium to large-scale Azure environment.
\u2022 Use scripting languages like PowerShell and tools like Azure Automation to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
\u2022 Act as an SME, drive discussions on Issues and provide technical guidance to other teams.
\u2022 Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Azure Automation to streamline patching processes and reduce manual effort.
\u2022 support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and adhere to ITIL processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
\u2022 Adhere to ITIL-based change management processes for all patching activities, including creating and managing change records.
\u2022 Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and security concepts.
\u2022 Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
\u2022 Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
\u2022 Interested to learn more about Azure Devops, Terraform skillset.
