Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Claims Analyst Senior for GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical. As the GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical, you will be responsible for handling claims. You will be managing end to end claims for UK. You will ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving claims for UK location. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in India and UK Exposure to End to End Claims Handling is a definite plus.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
1.
Gather and analyze relevant information, including policy details, claim forms, and supporting documentation. Ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
2.
Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner. Investigate claims to determine the validity and extent of coverage.
3.
End to end claims handling of simple accounts
4.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
5.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
6.
Adheres to claims compliance requirements
7.
Manage own queue and contribute to achieve the Service level agreements, Key Performance indicators and business objectives
8.
Ensuring productivity and quality targets are met during the training and BAU
9.
Communicate status of work, any issues with the team managers. Ensure knowledge is passed on team members.
10.
Support assist and provide guidence to less experience collegues as needed
11.
Maintain strong working relationship and participate in initiatives and/or contribute where require to deliver outcomes
12.
Engage actively in all training sessions, workshops, and meetings. Ask questions and seek clarification to fully understand the process of claims management
