Key Responsibilities
Provide Level‑3 (L3) support for Windows Server and VMware virtualization platforms, including critical incident resolution.\r\nAct as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure issues escalated from L1/L2 teams.\r\nLead and participate in major incident (P1/P2) management, outage resolution, and service restoration.\r\nPerform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures.
